4.1 Revocation Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product(s) without providing any reason. The revocation period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

4.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Revocation

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by sending a clear statement (e.g., an email or letter) to the following contact details:

  • Email: info@silk-road-health.com

  • Mailing Address: Neža Banjac, s.p., Zlatek 13A, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia

4.3 Effects of Revocation

If you cancel your order within the revocation period, we will refund all payments received from you, including any shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

  • Refund Process: The refund will be issued using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

5.4 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting Silk Road customer support at info@silk-road-health.com. Please note that cancellations made after an order has been processed will not apply to the current shipment but will prevent future deliveries.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and navigate to the subscription management section. Alternatively, you can contact Silk Road via email at info@silk-road-health.com for assistance.

  • Refunds for Subscription Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription periods. However, no further charges will be made after the subscription is canceled.

5.5 Right of Revocation for Subscriptions

The general Right of Revocation (Returns) described in Section 4 does not apply to subscription products once a delivery has been processed. If you wish to cancel a subscription before the next cycle begins, ensure that you do so before the next billing period.

5.6 Liquidated Damages for Premature Cancellation

In all cases of premature cancellation of the subscription, the Subscriber is obliged to pay to Neža Banjac, s.p. an amount equivalent to the difference between the regular price and the reduced price (offered during the subscription) of the product(s).
