Right of Revocation (Withdrawal Rights)

At Silk Road, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. As a Consumer, you have the statutory right under EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU) to revoke (withdraw from) your order without providing any reason, subject to the conditions set forth below.

Revocation Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product(s) without providing any reason. The revocation period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Revocation
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by sending a clear statement (e.g., an email or letter) to the following contact details:

You may use the model revocation form available on our website [include link], but its use is not mandatory. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of revocation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Revocation
If you cancel your order within the revocation period, we will refund all payments received from you, including any shipping costs (except additional costs if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

• Refund Process: The refund will be issued using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

• Refund Timing: We will process the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or proof of their return.

Return of Goods
You must return the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your revocation:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The goods must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged for health and hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty or not as described.

• Shipping Costs for Returns: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless the product is faulty or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions to the Right of Revocation
The right of revocation does not apply to the following:

• Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their packaging has been unsealed after delivery.

• Products that have been custom-made or personalized to your specifications.

• Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as perishable goods.
